PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN– SITE (CODE - RBA PROD) 
Qualification:
• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor / Diploma Degree in any subjects
• Min. 3 years experience in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Capable on Fleet Management & having knowledge of operational Heavy equipment.
• Having "POP" competency certificate is a must
• Willing to be based in East Kalimantan.


DRILL & BLAST SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN (CODE - RBA DB)
 
Qualification:
• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor Degree in Mine Engineering
• 3 years experience in open pit coal mining area
• Having KIM (Kartu Ijin Meledakkan) License & "POP" competency certificate is a must
• Familiar with mining software SURPAC
• Willing to be based in Berau, East Kalimantan.


MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR - SITE (CODE - RBA MAINTSPV) 
 
Qualification:
• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor / Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min. 3 years experience in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management at the same level
• Familiar and able to do Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance
• Has experienced in mechanical repair and supervision in the mining industry planning of mechanical repair
• Preferably held a "POP" competency certificate
• Willing to be based in Berau, East Kalimantan


MAINTENANCE PLANNER - SITE (CODE - RBA MAINTPLN) 
 
Qualification:
• Male max. 35 years old
• Min. Bachelor / Diploma Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Min. 3 years experience in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management at the same level
• Familiar with SAP system
• Familiar and able to do Planning & Scheduling, Reporting and Data Analysis, Maintenance Business Process
• Preferably held a "POP" competency certificate
• Willing to be based in Berau, East Kalimantan


TYRE GROUP LEADER-SITE (CODE - RBA TYREGL) 
 
Qualification:
• Male max. 35 years old , min. SMK
• Having min. 5 years working experiences at the same level in mining companies
• Having SIO competency certificate is a must.
• Preferably held a "POP" competency certificate
• Good Interpersonal relationship, good teamwork and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be Based in Berau, East Kalimantan


MECHANIC HEAVY EQUIPMENT – SITE (CODE - RBA MECH) 
 
Qualification:
• Male max. 35 years old.
• Min. Senior High school or equivalent• 5 years experiences as Mechanic in troubleshooting unit Komatsu.
• Having Basic Mechanic Course (BMC) Certificate is a must
• Willing to be based in Berau, East Kalimantan


LOGISTIC SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN (CODE - RBA LOG) 
 
Qualification:
• Male max. 35 years old
• Min Bachelor / Diploma Degree in Industrial Engineering
• 2 years experience in open pit coal mining area at the same level
• Familiar with supply chain & procurement process, good team work, achieving result, initiative, communication and commitment to organizational ethic in mining industry
• Willing to be based in Berau, East Kalimantan


GENERAL AFFAIR SUPERVISOR – SITE (CODE - RBA GA) 
 
Qualification:
• Male max. 30 years old.
• Min. Bachelor degree, 2 years experiences at the same level in mining companies
• Capable to implement GA strategies to optimize the utilization of GA in the Company.
• Familiar with SAP
• Good Interpersonal relationship, good teamwork and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be based in East Kalimantan

1. Driller (Onshore/ Indonesian) 
 
• Minimum 5 years in the similar position and in Oil & Gas Industry
• Minimum High School graduates or equivalent.
• Have valid IWCF/ IADC certifications
• Have technical knowledge in drilling equipment & drilling process for offshore operation
• Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures
• Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling
• Legislative safe work practice knowledge
• Proficiency in English (written & oral)

2. Mechanical Supervisor (Onshore/ Indonesian) 
 
• Have 5 years of experience in the same position
• Have technical knowledge in drilling machinery & Drilling process for Onshore
• Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures
• Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling
• Perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company Policy and good rig husbandry
• Legislative safe work practice knowledge
• Able to work under pressure & by shift
• Proficient in English (written & oral)
• Proficient in computer
3. Electrical Supervisor (Onshore/ Indonesian)
 
• Have 5 years of experience in the same position
• Technical knowledge in drilling equipment & Drilling process for Onshore
• Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures
• Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling
• Perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company Policy and good rig husbandry

4. Rig Manager (Onshore/ Indonesian)

• Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling
• Perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company Policy and good rig practices
• Legislative safe work practice knowledge
• Practical knowledge on budgeting and cost control
• Able to work under pressure/time management
• Proficiency in English (written & oral)

5. Rig Superintendent (Onshore/ Indonesian) 
 
• Have 5 – 10 years of experience in the same position
• Have valid IWCF/ IADC certification
• Technical knowledge in drilling equipment & Drilling process for Onshore
• Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures
• Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling
• Perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company Policy and good rig husbandry
• Legislative safe work practice knowledge
• Able to work under pressure & by shift
• Proficiency in English (written & oral)
• Commit to HR + HSE Policy / Procedures

6. Chief Mechanic (Onshore) 
 
• Excellent technical knowledge in drilling machinery & Drilling process for onshore
• Minimum 5 years in the similar position in the same position
• Excellent knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling
• Perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company Policy and good rig husbandry
• Able to work under pressure & by shift
• Proficient in English (written & oral)

7. Chief Electrician (Onshore) 
 
• Excellent technical knowledge in drilling machinery & Drilling process for onshore
• Minimum 5 years in the similar position in the same position
• Excellent knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling
• Perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company Policy and good rig husbandry
• Able to work under pressure & by shift
• Proficient in English (written & oral)

8. Tour Pusher (Onshore/ Indonesian) 
 
• Have minimum 5 years of experience in the same position
• Have valid IADC/ IWCF certifications.
• Have technical knowledge in drilling equipment & Drilling process for Onshore
• Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures
• Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling
• Perform assigned duties in a safe efficient manner in accordance with Company Policy and good rig husbandry
• Legislative safe work practice knowledge
• Able to work under pressure & by shift
• Proficient in English (written & oral)

9. Truck Pusher (Onshore/ Indonesian) 
 
• Have minimum 5 years of experience in the same position
• Heavy Duty Equipment Supervision experience.
• Have a thorough knowledge of rig emergency signals and procedures
• Have a thorough knowledge of hand signals and safe working procedures for equipment handling
• Have legislative safe work practice knowledge
• Proficient in English (written & oral)

10. Materialman (Indonesian) 
 
• Have minimum 5 years of experience in the same position
• Have technical knowledge in drilling rig equipment
• Legislative safe work practice knowledge
• Proficient in English (written & oral)
• Computer Literate
• Communication skills
• Good Team Player
• Attention to Detail
