PT. BIS Industries - Project Manager

PT. BIS Industries is a hauling company, currently operating in East Kalimantan. We are urgently looking for highly qualified talented, dynamic and productive personnel to fill in the challenging positions for new projects:

Workshop Manager (Expatriate) 

Requirement:
• Minimum 5 years experience in management of a mobile plant maintenance workshop
• Demonstrated track record in maintaining high level of asset reliability working with a haulage fleet
• Ability to provide leadership to a maintenance team

 Project Manager (National)

Requirement:
• Minimum 5 years senior operations management experience in mining industry

• Relevant industry, logistics and maintenance knowledge

• Demonstrated commitment to safely and leadership skills to production targets are safely achieved

• Strong commercial management skills with the ability to understand commercial impacts of operational decision

• Effective communication skills, strong verbal and written skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to build rapport with the customer to gain their trust And focus on exceeding customer expectations

     Operator (National) Requirement:
• Experience as operator hauling truck Scania or other European Trucks
• Posses B2 driving license
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and good interpersonal Skill
• Good team work


 Mechanic (National) Requirement:
• Experience as mechanic for Hauling truck Scania or Cummins engine
• Familiar with hydraulic system and electrical
• Familiar with pneumatic and brake system
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and good Interpersonal skill
• Good Team work
